Winter F.A.W.C! An evening of Aged & Rare by Jane Skilton MW
Food and Wine Classic Hawke’s Bay (FAWC) started back in 2012 and has grown over the last five years from an event held annually to one that now has two full months of activities in both November and June. I like that different experiences are priced across the spectrum; a more informal food and wine matching session at Elephant Hill is $45, whereas a dinner prepared by Peter Gordon at Craggy Range will set you back $275.
