Harcourts Hawke's Bay Arts Festival

26th September - 8th October 2017

The Pacific Crystal Palace Spiegeltent – Havelock North Domain - 26th September - 8th October 2017

October sees the return of the Harcourts Hawke’s Bay Arts Festival.

Following the stellar success of the Festival in 2016, this year’s event promises to serve up another cultural feast, featuring an outstanding array of local national and international talent.

With 53 performances over 13 days, there’s plenty to choose from including theatre, dance, music, cabaret, comedy, children’s shows, visual arts and a stunning Readers and Writers programme.

At the heart of the Festival will be The Pacific Crystal Palace - a magnificent, New Zealand-built Spiegeltent on the Havelock North Village Green. Satellite venues including the Municipal and Century Theatres in Napier, the Blyth Performing Arts Centre at Iona College and several unique performance spaces in Hastings will make this a truly Hawke’s Bay-wide event.

White Night

As part of the Festival on Saturday 30 September from 7pm, Napier’s art precinct will come to life with a series of exhibitions, live performance, interactive events and artists in residence. Inspired by Nuit Blanche in Paris, White Night was conceived to make arts and culture accessible to everyone in the community. It offers a unique opportunity to engage with the arts in an open and accessible way, whether you’re a first-time gallery goer or an arts connoisseur. Art Deco Masonic Hotel's location right in Napier's arts quarter makes us the perfect spot to enjoy this event.

Last year’s tickets sold out in record time, so book now and avoid disappointment.
