This “not to be missed” post Hawke's Bay Wine Auction event takes place in the stylish Gatsby Rooms in the iconic Art Deco Masonic Hotel. Our Executive Chef Damon McGinniss is at the helm for this event. Damon will be showcasing his love for Hawke's Bay food at this exclusive celebration of food and wine.
Damon McGinniss is one of just five New Zealand Beef + Lamb Ambassadors who has won seven Lamb & Beef Hallmark of Excellence awards. His food is contemporary and unpretentious. He relishes the opportunity to showcase the quality and variety of the great produce that Hawke's Bay provides in this three course degustation.
